Student Information
As a student in the College of Education & Human Development, we want you to succeed.
You have joined an exciting, interdisciplinary, professional, service-oriented academic home. Our goal is for you to experience a successful journey with us, from your first semester through graduation day.
To help you, we provide a wide range of services. Be sure to take advantage of the academic advisement programs and support services our college has to offer. There are a number of clubs and organizations you can join to enhance your experience at UD. Become an Ambassador, get support through the ASPIRE program or gain valuable experience as an intern. Graduates of our college are well regarded by employers, who know our students have the knowledge and experience to succeed. In addition to their coursework, our students can participate in over 500 hours of field work, beginning their freshman year, where they apply their learnings. To give you a jump-start on your career, we offer a range of 4+1 masters’ programs, where you can take graduate classes in your junior/senior year and earn an M.S. degree one year after graduation. We also have a partnership with Thomas Jefferson University, allowing qualified students to enroll in their Masters for Couple and Family Therapy. Be sure to follow us on Facebook & Twitter to stay up-to-date on college news.
